I am reading Little Heaven right now, and it is very promising. I am at page 122. The prose is succulent like a fine dish. I am savoring every word. I heard from somewhere that Nick Cutter casually writes. You call that casual!? I am wanting to call bluff because he has real talent.
Have you ever read No Doors, No Windows by Joe Schreiber? I am also reading that one, and quite frankly, it's sending chills down my spine! Quite an original and looming horror story. Only on page 50 with that one, though.
** I know it's odd, but I also jump between 2-3 books at a time. If I don't, then I never complete a single book and go off meandering to a library of 75-100 page reads before giving up and moving on. These 2 are making for great Halloween reads, however. Oh! October Boy! If you've never read it, do yourself a favor and read it before Halloween. You won't regret it.
