I once set-up dragon for a person who suffered a stroke. It’s an excellent, if expensive piece of equipment.
It takes a little patience to train it to your particular vocal sounds, but after that you very rarely have to touch the keyboard.
You can buy one on ebay with ebay’s guarantee, for a lot less than you will pay elsewhere. Just read carefully which version of windows the dragon you buy is for.
