I decided to time travel back, way back, to 1971 and to a little book by Richard Matheson called "Hell House." Not only inspiration for the cult classic starting the legendary Roddy McDowell, but also one of the books Stephen King purported to influence his masterpiece "The Shining" (on p. 75 as of yet, and it shows). "Hell House" so far is something not to be reckoned with. Just hoping the ending doesn't pale out like the movie... As a side trivial fact, the book was published by Viking Press, which later took Stephen King under its wing, for better or for worse however...
