Those options in the create page show greyed out until you click on the drop-menu and choose something.

I just tested them on Chrome, and they're behaving as usual. So far, no one else has reported the problem.

If you've done that and it's not working for you, you can try this procedure to clear your computer:

1. Log out.
2. Clear browser cache. Shut down all browser windows. Reboot the browser.
3. Log back in.

You could also try another browser. The site recommends Chrome.
