Update: Jan. 5
1) Complete all blog prompts - Complete

2) Practice guitar 1 hr daily - Will be complete after I do this, although it will have to be an abridged practice.

3) Write 1 hr daily - 4 out of 5 ain't bad?

4) Restore daily exercise regimen - Ha! Nope! I got up to work out one morning though. Then my son woke and informed me he had "an accident".

5) Complete positive psychology course week 2 - Complete

6) Review coaching plans with clients - Nope! We didn't meet.

7) Complete goals / work flow plan for January

8) Finish 1 book - Nope! That last quarter of a book is nigh twenty pages from where I stopped reading in earnest on Tuesday.
