Unfortunately, the answer is rather vague. It depends. Will depend on the story, which details are in question, genre and readers. Some people really don't like lots of detail or setting but at the same time we don't want our characters in blank empty rooms.

Write out however you want with the first draft. As you keep writing, you can start to judge whether you need to add or cut out sections during rewrites and edits.
