They should show pretty instantly under most circumstances -- when in doubt, check your "Points" menu's "Gift Point Logs" to check and refresh your balance. In some cases, there could be a delay... but 99% are instant. If it takes more than 30 minutes to an hour tops, something definitely went wrong and you should drop me an email.
