No, there is no function to move entries from one Book item to another.

Copy/paste is it.


Note that deleting an entry is immediate and permanent. They do not go to the Recycle Bin.

Note that deleting the entries does not delete the reviews for those entries from the Book item, although the title link that identifies which entry it's for will be broken. So if you're not planning to delete the book, you might not need to copy any entry reviews.
