Any moderator can change it. I suggest emailing a moderator with the item # and your concerns instead of posting here, though about the specifics.

The reason I say that is that the notification of the rating change is always anonymous. But people who get the notices can come here and see. Sometimes the reaction can be not so nice, thus the reason for keeping it anonymous.

So, emailing any moderator with the details privately should take care of it.
