I perfectly understand the need to limit the access to interactives due to revenue issues, but there's no way they are available "70% of the time" when the "temporarily unavailable" message shows up constantly no matter the time and day and that it's impossible to read more than three chapters without running into it, at which point it stays there for so long you might as well leave the site.
