I can't answer the part on interactives but can try for email. Did you delete old unwanted ones? Especially the sent folder and trash can. A free member only has space for 5 MB 500 Msgs according to the WDC 101 guide compared to the 25 MB 1,250 Msgs for basic and 50 MB 2,500 Msgs for upgrade (not sure which of those two you had before)
