The error log shows: There was a problem processing your card.

That means the site has not received payment for the 3-month Upgraded membership you attempted to purchase.

Writing.Com doesn't process credit cards itself.

Contact the support area of either the Paypal or Stripe site, whichever one you were using, to find out what the problem was.
