In my continue testing, an hour later from my last response and still logged in with my free account in another browser... I was able to access another 10 pages without hitting the resource limitation message.


[ Edit to add: I kept going after posting this response and in over 30 page views in a handful of minutes, I hit the resource limitation just 1 time. Obviously you results are going to vary - at times it will be completely unavailable for sure, but I think your initial post of saying it's never available is just not accurate and patience will help you get past the limitations and enjoy. ]
