Update: Sharmelle's Weekly Goals for July 2-6, 2018
Writing Goals:
1. Write a poem at least every other day.
I have written two Poems this week now that I have an Upgraded Membership to add more poetry...

2. Take at least a half hour to an hour each day to write my book.
3. Write another Poem for another Contest.

4. Write in my Portfolio and my Blog on WordPress at least once this week.
One of my poems I have written I put in my Portfolio @ WordPress this week.
5. Write at least three reviews each day this week.
I was unable to complete any review this week.
6. Write more poetry even though I cannot put them in my Portfolio until between July 1-15th, 2018.
7. Write more new task ideas for the month of July for the MHWA Monthly Mental Health Challenges

At this time I have not added anymore Task Ideas because I am waiting for new Tasks for July right now.


Health Goals:
1. Go to my three appointments this week.
I went to two out of three appointments this week because my partner Robert was feeling ill so I had to cancel the one.
2. Write/make a list of what to talk to my doctor about this week.
Yes, I made my list of what to talk to my Doctor about when I saw her.
3. Invincible Indigos Challenge ~ Cardio Exercise @ SparkPeople ~ The Biggest Loser Team.
I did some Cardio workouts this week.
4. Invincible Indigos Challenge ~ Strength Training @ SparkPeople ~ The Biggest Loser Team.
I am unsure if I did any strength training this past week.
5. Do my weekly Check In's every Thursday in Invincible Indigos for Challenge @ SparkPeople ~ The Biggest Loser Team.
I did my check-in this week.
6. Log in my Foods and Exercise on a daily basis @ SparkPeople.
I have not logged in my foods at all this week.
7. Find out when my Sleep Apnea Test is going to be?
I am still waiting to find out about this, But I did make a call today about it.
8. Find out from one doctor about if there are any limits to my workouts at all?
I woke up too late in the afternoon to make this phone call.
9. Make notes on how I am reacting to PT afterwords.

I did so for my appointments for PT even though I did not make it to my second appointment for PT.


Other Life Goals:
1. I will write an update on weekly goals for this week and get next week’s ready to go on the weekend.
I am doing this each week and it is fun.
2. Get together with friends
Was unable to do so with my schedule.
3. Hook up the old printer for the scanner.
This was done on early Monday Morning.
4. Finish doing paperwork this week.
Paperwork is all finished up for the week.
5. Help Nephew with a few things this week.
This has been done and an appointment has been made for later this month.
6. Help out at another site called Poetry Showcase this week.
I am working things out with this.
7. Rub errands this week.
My errands have been this week.
