Well, RAOK has a few prerequisites for WdC members who have been on the site for more than five months, which are written on the top of this forum's page. As of now, you have one item in your portfolio and no reviews; whereas, the prerequisites are at least eight items in the port and 10 reviews within the last three months.
The good news is, when these requirements are met, you may post another request here on this forum.
