That's because you cannot move a Static item into a Book item. There is also no automated conversion utility to change a Static item into a Book entry.

If you want your content in a Book item instead of in Static items, you have to hand copy/paste the content of each individual Static item into a new individual entry within the Book. Afterward the Static item version can be deleted. Note that reviews and ratings of a Static item cannot be transferred to the Book item, and will be deleted along with the Static item. The reviews can be hand saved to your computer before the deletion, if desired. Pending further programming, any Awardicons given to such a Static item will no longer be visible after the item is deleted, although the CR count for the Awardicon would remain.
