New Image/Dumb Member

I acquired a new image a few fortnights ago, but for the life of moi, I can't remember how to copy it to my hard drive and then upload it back up to my portfolio.
But WAIT!
Before somebody directs me to Writing.Com Tools or anywhere else on here, it won't do me any good. I'm semi-computer illiterate, and the other 'semi' is that I'm just not too smart.
I used to know how to do this, but I was a lot younger then and I had a few more active brain cells.
If anybody, somebody, could please gently and slowly walk me through the steps to do this, it would be greatly appreciated.
I'll make it worth your time.
