So at this point, you're probably looking at what you've written and noticing it needs a lot of editing, but the point is that you've written the story, and by not worrying about the editing, you've allowed your fingers to tap-tap-tap their way through and keep up with your imagination. That's the key to a first draft.
Next, check what you've read for any obvious inconsistencies, plot holes and so forth - the structural stuff. One you've done that, you can get on with fleshing the scenes out more, and then finally tackle the grammar and polishing sentences.
Right now though, the important things is that YOU'VE WRITTEN A NOVEL! Congratulations, you knew you had it in you
