You can't. There isn't a wml link for an individual C-note.

You can TOC a copy/paste of the text of the C-note with or without a reduced image tag of the image item, and then link to the C-note collection item it's in.

Or you can edit the image items for the C-notes to click-link to the correct collection item instead of using a item link for it.
