Noticing Newbies

Hi, Misty James . Welcome to writing.com!

I think most writers feel the way you described about their writing. Personally, the things I want the most to write, I have trouble actually starting because I worry they won't be good enough. But, my husband bought me a cup coaster that says, "First drafts don't have to be good, they just have to be written." That is so true. We can always edit.

If ever you are stuck with what you're writing or unsure whether you're on the right track, post it on here. Mention it in your newsfeed or plug it around the site. People on here are really friendly and will give honest, constructive criticism. I've learned so much from the reviews I've received.
