Weekly Goals

We had a lot of rain here, which meant my boyfriend was home a lot more. Kind of hard to focus on writing when he's hanging over my shoulder.

Me trying to write while he is home:

I've gotten ten stanzas completed of what is supposed to be an eighteen stanza poem. I'm re-reading a line, evaluating the syllable count and I notice he is speaking. I catch half of it and stop to listen to try and figure out what he is talking about.

Nope, no writing when he is home unless he is busy working on some project. On a positive note, my boyfriend and I got some extra quality time together.

Write a poem for "Eighteen Candles Poetry Contest!" - Nope didn't get it done
