The chapter you can't delete would be the 114 chapter 2545262 "Invalid Chapter" .

It still "goes back" to the 11 chapter, but it looks like you edited out the 114 link to it from "Invalid Chapter" .

I don't know if it would work, but you could try putting back the exact text in the 4th choice slot of "Invalid Chapter" , and see if it connects the 114 chapter back up. If it does, then delete the 114 chapter first, then edit the 4th choice back out of the 11 chapter.

Put back choice option texts in the 3rd and 4th choice slots of "Invalid Chapter" , and save the edit. That connects the 114 chapter back up. Then delete the 114 chapter first, then edit the 3rd and 4th choices back out of the 11 chapter.
