Since your item is set to be open to the internet, it can be accessed by nonmembers. Those viewers cannot give you ratings or reviews. Registered User members, who outnumber the Authors members by more than 6 to 1, can but seldom do give ratings or reviews.

Since the title is the name of an apparently popular product, you might be getting views from people who are looking for that product.

The item can also be accessed by bots who troll the internet for search engines. I'm not sure whether SM filters out known bot views in the views count for Statics or not. There's also the issue of new bots which aren't yet on his list.

The default sort in the main search page is most viewed first. If your item has a lot of views, it'll be shown sooner on the list as readers page through.

One place that a link to your item could result in views is the site newsletters, but searching the archive for the item number doesn't get any hits.

If you're onsite often, Random reviews are another possibility, since the item was edited fairly recently, and it falls within the parameters for that.

If you want a better picture of your actual people/WDC members traffic, change your access setting for the item to Registered Users and up, and see if it changes. Changing it to Registered Authors and up will give you a better idea of traffic related to review opportunities.
