I have a name change due to a divorce. I have input all the required fields into the account info - change name section as it shows to do. However, no points have been taken and my account name is still the same.
I did not want to enter any other changes like my URL until I was sure the account was changed.
my old name was Christine Hakala, my new name is Christine George.
