Second what Zen was saying. The Christian presses might be different, but normally, if a publisher is charging you money, they're scammers.
Also, I did a quick google search which showed some pretty big red flag:
1) Even their complaints page is basically a sales pitch (focusing on how you might get your book read by their parent company because, so it doesn't seem like they even believe in their own abilities as book sellers).
2) They're part of the TNZ corporation, yes, but they're outsourced to Author Solutions. If you haven't heard about AS, there's enough info on the web about authors being screwed over and ongoing law suits to function as a warning.
3) Their business model is set up to make money of the author instead of by selling books.
I would definitely recommend staying clear of them. But if you're still not convinced, there's still a few points to consider: Just because their books get into stores, it doesn't mean they're selling. Do you expect your first book to sell enough to cover the cost the Westbow is demanding?
