Technical Support Forum

Create a Forum item for discussion of such ideas. This is the best method because 1) it allows public responses, 2) it stays put, and 3) the item can be Favorited/Fanned by those interested.

To put it in front of your target audience, sponsor the Forum item in the Interactives area of the site search listings with the BidClick system.

Additionally you can post a note in your Notebook to promote it in your newsfeed. This might not reach many of your intended audience, however.

You can include a link to the Forum in the intros to your own interactives.
