Being listed on the Contests page isn't automatic. The owner has to post their contest there. Some choose not to.

ome contests don't qualify for that page, and might appear on the Activities page instead.

This member-run page might have additional contests on their listing:
"Contest Central Station" 

Haven't seen the 55-word contest for a long time. Member-run contests tend to come and go. When real life interferes with a member's activity here, it stops being available.
