My contest "Picture a Story CLOSED/UnderConstruction" ended at 11:59pm last night. Someone posted approximately two hours later. At first I was just going to disqualify him, but then I checked out his Bio and he's from Nevada, which would still qualify him in Nevada. But not in Michigan. I realize now I should have included in my rules, the time zone. Because it's my error, I thought I should allow his entry to be qualified, but I'm not sure... Any suggestions? I've never had this happen in my entire 16 years here. Thank you for your thoughts.
