I like having the warning, but if we can't send them at all, then folks who don't care about CRs will also have to wait to receive them, being more of a pain for the sender. Most folks like getting/giving CRs and the warning lets us know we need to wait and I believe most folks do.

Yes, there are a few folks who don't care and will send you all the MBs they owe you at once. (I have at least 1 person I'll never purchase more than 1 MB at a time from because they sent them all to me at the same time. I felt cheated.) But those folks are generally not the norm, so I just don't ask them to send MBs and I don't donate to their things to receive more than 1 MB at a time.

To me, the warning is good enough. I have had folks tell me they don't care about the CRs, so I could just go ahead and send the MBs. I appreciated being able to do that rather than having to plan when they didn't care. This is just my opinion. I like only having the warning.

As for the other thing, I'm okay with anything that allows big activities with lots of MBs to be sent more easily.
