Hello,

The 12 month Basic Membership ($19.95) is not part of the coupon code.
The TRYNOW coupon code works on Upgraded Membership and above only.

A 12 month Upgraded Membership is $49.95 regularly. 25% off that is around $37ish.

In summary... No:
          You would not be able to purchase a 12 Month Basic Membership for any less.
