White Case Memorial

I just recently came upon this memorial page. What an amazing thing to do! It's another shining example of why I continue to participate in WDC after more than ten years. It's the only online site I have ever known to truly foster writing friendships.

For me Sherri Gibson was one of those special mentors who gave me courage and confidence in myself as a writer. The Simply Positive group was a beacon of light to me. I was just one of the hundreds of lives she touched and whose example I follow even today. But from her I learned that it was ok to be constructive and you could do it in a positive, helpful way. I miss her still.
