Goals: Writing, Weight Loss, and Self-Care 12/17
1) Write 250 words a day during the week, 500 on the weekend.

2) Lose at least 1 lb. by Friday.

3) Have some form of self-care each day (listed in this thread)

Believe you can and you'll have all the tools you need.
