It sounds like you're describing the dropdown list of items that may show up when you begin typing into a search box. Is this correct or are you talking about something else? If this is what you mean, that is something handled by your browser. You would need to search online to see how to clear your browsing data in the browser you are using.

If you are referring to something else, a little more information would be helpful (i.e. what page you are, what all you are seeing on the page, possibly screenshots to help figure out what is going on).
