We have a Novel Workshop group on WDC, where the members review each others work, pointing out weaknesses and polishing the grammar, readying novels for publication or submission. Well, we do more than that, but I think that's what you're looking for.

You might find the requirements are not cast in stone, but this is still the best place on the web to be for getting your novel polished (and you'll learn a lot too).
