This information is documented in Review Requests from Writing.Com 101  --

Click the gear icon at the upper right of the Reviews tab.
In the Minimum Gift Points accepted for Review Requests: dropdown menu, there's an option for Do not accept review requests. Select that option, wait for the circling icon to turn to a *Check*.
