Scenario 1: A few weeks ago, I responded to a message sent to me. The recipient advised me my response had no message in it. What happened to it?

Scenario 2: A few minutes ago, I responded to a Review I received. When I sent it to Preview to proofread it for spelling and what have you, the screen was empty. I sent it to Draft, hoping it might show up there. It didn’t. So, I deleted it to restart.

When I went back to the original screen where the review was, it said I already responded to the review. I ignored that and went ahead to retype the message I did before that did not appear. And sent it.

Now, I don’t’ see a record of what I wrote. I don’t know if it was delivered or not. Wouldn’t there be a record of messages in the Outgoing and Incoming Review panes?

What am I doing wrong? Do I have a reason to be concerned?
