I'm lucky if I can get to sleep before 4 am. Then I sleep to 11 or noon. I don't typically nap, but there are days when I have to get up early and do something...like church on Sunday, so sometimes I end up not sleeping at all before it's time to get up. Then I usually come home and nap.
