I had a moment to pull the logs on this and for whatever reason, the image is definitely have some issues.

I'd still say try it again... but if it fails again, I'd like to know the image type, the file size and dimensions of the image you're trying to upload. If it doesn't work out, we'll have to go back to the drawing board on this one -- I have no ETA for sorting it out.
