Help with item glitching/border alignment

My main concern is the texts that I center aren't in the center of the page, seems like the page border itself is off. Also, I noticed the blinking cursor line was glitching, even after I clicked to somewhere else an after image of it remained at the last spot it was. This is also the first item I've created since my membership expired, if that's of any relevance.

Thanks a lot, I really appreciate your help and time on this matter.
