Noticing Newbies

I'm new, as you can probably tell. I'm not very good at talking - or writing - about myself, so please bear with me. Here's a brief "about me":

I've loved writing since I was about eleven. I was a pretty avid writer (of angsty teen vampire poetry/fiction) up until age fourteen. I hit a pretty severe depressive spell and haven't written anything but paragraphs of half digested ideas since. I'm twenty-three now and in recovery from both depression and social anxiety. My love of writing never went away, I just never had the energy to act on it until now. It's going to be slow going at first, but I hope to overcome the creative drought depression brought.
