Congratulations on finding a job where your writing skills are needed!
If you want to make the move to computer and away from pen and paper, then you simply have to get comfortable with it. The only way to do that is to enforce the move.
I would suggest that for the day job, keep doing what you are doing - no need to upset that cart without reason - but for your fiction, start using the computer. Try writing flash-fiction stories (up to 1k words) to help get you used to thinking and typing at the same time. That's where I see your problem, you are used to doing your thinking with a pen in your hand, and you probably have to think too much about the act of typing to reach the same level creativity.
Once typing becomes so 'background' you do it without thinking about it, your creativity will flow again. I hope that helps.
