I agree. Find a place in your house that's quiet place where you can focus. I always use my dining table too. It's free, and there's plenty of space to spread out your work.
I say, if you're outside, just keep a notebook around to write down any ideas you get. But for really working on the story, it's best if you assign a place in your house for that task. It'll help your concentration a lot more. Try to find a place that's quiet, and where you can work comfortably.
