I have a whole set of fountain pens and notebooks that I love to write in. The feel as the pen gently glides over the paper is nothing short of heaven to me. I have kept a personal journal this way for years and love it. In order to work faster and use the tools available to me, I decided to switch that journal to PC. I struggled at first. I have a regular work computer with an ergonomic keyboard that allows me to type very fast and efficiently. However, I just don't feel right doing my journal this way. I had an old laptop that hadn't been used in quite a while, so I updated it with more memory and a larger hard drive. It struggles to keep up, but I love the keyboard and how it feels to write there. And that was the personal lesson I learned. For me to want to write, I have to feel good as I am writing. When I want to focus and work well, I turn to that old laptop. Find what works for you. You'll do well!
