If they're emailing you from the account you've blocked, the Block should keep them from emailing you.

If they're emailing you from a second account here, you can report the two (or more) usernames here and their multiple accounts violation will be attended to.

If they're emailing you from an offsite email service, you can send all offsite emails directly to trash by clicking on the gear icon at the upper right of your Inbox page, setting this email preference to ON, and clicking the Update button underneath:
