I assume the spam is coming from outside Writing.Com.

Go to your Email page.
Click the gear icon at the upper right corner.
Turn on the option labeled: Trash Emails NOT from @Writing.Com [?]
Click the Update button.

Reload your Email page. All email from offsite should be moved to your trash bin.

Future spam email will arrive, but will be moved to trash whenever you load the Email page.

If this is insufficient to meet your needs, the more extreme option is to change your username, which changes your email address as well. There is a fee for this, and side effects.
