There are no page-centric restrictions on the interactive stories for free accounts or guests.

There is the resource limitation that applies to all the interactive pages for free accounts and guests. See Interactive Story from Writing.Com 101  for details.

So you can access those chapters the same as you can access any other chapters. It all depends on how you fare with the resource limitation on any particular page request.
