I tried, but once again I am stymied by Notifications. Mental block. It happens. Can someone explain very simply to me how I can get MORE Notifications, and NOT get them in my email? Pretty sure it's just taking off the check box when I make a post or a comment, however, I am not getting all my notifications and haven't been these past two weeks or so. I figure it's me, but maybe it's not

I didn't get one for my Bday last december (because i don't need reminding?) and I missed them for a few other bdays. Is that because they need to fill out their settings / form? It's Beautiful Candy bday today but no notification. Yes, a separate question here about bdays.

I really don't get the 101 on this, so reading it does me no good. I learn differently? Mental block? Brain damage? Yeah. It's definitely ME. Just a simple explanation to make sure I have everything correctly set...? Notifs are on in my account settings. I get them when I am tagged, but not when comments are made in my blog or newsfeed, those are going to email. Only last couple days I've not been clicking the EMAIL COMMENTS boxes and so I get neither notifs or emails.

But I could be wrong in many ways if ah yeah have patience with me and I'll figure it out with help
