Workarounds:

On your phone in Mobile View, the zoom is disabled by default, but there is an option to toggle zoom on/off near the bottom of the left nav menu, which should allow you to make the CC: text box big enough to get the cursor in there.

The Queue tool in the Writing.Com Tools menu has a comma delimited output option for usernames, which you copy/paste to wherever you want it.

If you're entering more than one offsite email address in that text box, it'd probably be more practical to compose the list first, like in the bottom of the Body text box, and then copy/paste it to the CC: box, which then scrolls as needed for viewing the edit content. Or for easier readability/easier future editing, leave a copy inside hide tags in the Body text box.
