Greetings! I processed a purchase earlier today and, based on my Gift Point Log and two emails received from Writing.Com Support, it looks like my GP total was debited twice. While I don't think I somehow duplicated the order by clicking something twice, it's not impossible. The thing is, though, that all the evidence shows the same info: Order #199558. If I had ordered the same items twice, wouldn't the second one have a different Order #?
If all the info is correct, then the lucky recipient gets another set of the same items; I won't ask for them / the GPs back. If there was a system error of some kind, though, I'd like to get the 2nd set of GPs back, if possible. Thanks.
