Plug Page Help

Since you posted here, too -- noting that this post has been taken care of.

As I said in my reply to your email -- Since the posting rule for "Invalid Item"  has been rewritten to meet the requirements, the issue with this contest has been resolved. It can be reposted to the Contests page.

As I also said in my email, the fact that an item has previously been posted on a plug page without being removed, and the number of times it has been posted on a plug page have no bearing on whether that item ever belonged on that plug page to begin with. If an item doesn't meet the rules for the page, it doesn't belong on the page. When a plug seems questionable or when an item is reported, the item itself will be inspected to determine whether the rules are being met, and plugs for non-compliant items will be removed.

Regarding Book entries not being allowed -- That's a misreading of the rules. The rules in Community Activities from Writing.Com 101  state that the entry must be "in an item in their own port." It does not say the entry has to be an item. A Book item is an item in their own port. An entry in a Book item is obviously in an item. Book entries are allowed.
